Mind Melding

Posted by jaytomio on May 1, 2008

In my new life, with a shift from perhaps overrated to the now underrated in an oversaturated sandbox I have myself in need of moral support. Having no wonder twin, and not even being a citizen of Exor, I have instead chosen to get my mind meld on.

Thanks to John DeNardo for the invite and for making me look novice in comparison to his other choice of company!

Check it out!

No way man, you actually stand out (in a positive way). Interesting piece with what I’ve come to recognize as the Bodhisattva quality mark™. Trademark it, dude!

Many participants brought up Hamilton’s Night Dawn trilogy as worst ending. Too bad for me as I still need to get around to reading it.

    Thanks!

I had to mention it, but for me it’s still one of the great Space Operas which speaks on both how good it was and the disappointment. Going into it I kind of felt that was the obvious choice (especially considering that SFsignal does have what I think is a slight SFish slant) so I wanted to be really Fantasy orientated and I purposely avoided being too eclectic in my choices.

Oh and I checked, they won’t let me trademark awesomeness. Some dude named Charles Norris beat me to it.

A mind meld mention which then uses a photo of Turok from ST:Voyager?! You’ve got to give a brother some Spock!

You know the guy’s name :)? I have successfully removed all memories of the wackness that was Voyager out of my mind (or risk contaminating the hive during a meld!)

I have to agree with you though, campy is preferable to unwatchable - I was looking for a DS9 (my favorite Trek - and really one of my favorite shows period) relevant image but came up with nil.

Turns out it’s “Tuvok” not “Turok.” Curses! I am chagrined. :-)

I was thinking. Did something as lame as Voyager have a tie with an awesome VALIANT Character:

    I think not!
